Files can be accepted by FTP (above), E-Mail, CD and online-file-sending-services like: yousendit.com, filevo.com, largefilesasap.com.

PDF: High Res/Quality PDFs is the best format for processing files quickly. 
EPS: Text outlined, all pictures embedded.
TIFF: 300 DPI minimum.
Illustrator (AI): Text outlined, all pictures embedded.
Indesign (indd): Text outlined, all pictures embedded.
PhotoShop (psd): Must included fonts and file flatened.
Quark (qxd): With fonts and images.

All Projects require a written proof approval.

Our primary methods of proofing are Hard Proofs and PDFs.

Hard proofing is typically an ink jet(Color profiles are to print industry standards) mocked-up to the finished format of the printed piece. Hard proof, ink jets  are also available as flat press sheets  along with a low resolution mockup when requested.

PDF proofs sent via email are to be viewed for content and placement only. Color will vary when viewing due to two main factors:

Please Note: All computer monitors display color differently. PDF proofs are low resolution files to keep them email friendly in size.

Clients must specify all colors, spot varnish and spot UV to be printed (Pantones or CMYK) as well as any dielines needed.

All files need a minimum 1/8 inch (.125) bleed area and crop marks built-in.  Both of  these steps can be achieved when a file is being converted from AI, INDD, PSD, QXD files into a PDF.

All files should have pictures (images) embedded within the file; No linked or placed images. If embedding is not possible include all linked files.

All files should have outlined text. If not possible the files need all fonts included.

Art for variable data projects should include fonts. Type can be outlined if that type is not part of the variable data section of the piece.

Any variable type cannot be outlined.Variable data projects cannot use 'fancy' drop shadows or effects. Diffused (effect) drop shadows must be converted to a solid black text shadow.
